(1) As one of our school policies, fees once
paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.
(2) If you choose to participate in any
extracurricular activitie or event outside of school, you may be
required to pay additional
fees at your own expense.
(3) Families/relatives (children, siblings,
nephews, nieces or cousin) of our graduates or current students
are entitled to have their
admission fee (100,000 JPY) waived.
(4)Applicants who wish to attend any university or
graduate school in Japan after graduation could have
some or all admission fee waived if
they have already met the following qualifications before enrolling
our school.
i. Applicants have scored 270 points
in EJU or passed JLPT N1 before enrolling our school could have
the admission fee (100,000
JPY).
ii. Applicants have scored 220 points
in EJU or passed JLPT N2 could have half of the admission
fee waived (50,000 JPY).
(5) Students enrolled in our 1-3 months short-term
auditing course could have half of the admission
fee waived (50,000 JPY) when
they continue to study under our long-term April program.
(6) To prevent the spread of any infectious
disease, tuition fee will not be adjusted even lessons are
conducted online.
* The maximum amount of reduction on admission
fee: 100,000JPY.
Enrollment Qualifications
Students who have received and completed 10-11 years' long of general education and wish to enter
higher education in Japan e.g., university, short-term college, and vocational school.
(students from countries like Hong Kong,Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, and Mongolia have varying
10-11 1 year educational systems).
※ In Japan, as part of the requirement for enrolling in a Japanese university, it is mandatory that all
applicants receive and complete 12 years' long of general education prior to the enrollment.

facility you last attended
(4) Transcripts from the educational facility you last
attended listing all years of study (original copy)
(5) A copy of your passport
(6) Photo (4cm×3cm / Taken within the last six months)
(7) Verification of your Japanese language skills(For those students who have taken a language
assessment examination, please provide your JLPT result / EJU
result / etc.)
(8) Letter of Guarantee (our school's form)
(9) Application fee 20,000 Japanese yen
(10) Letter of Declaration of Financial Supporter
(if the applicant holds Japanese citizenship, or is their own financial supporter, then this is not required)
a)The following documents are required when the applicant is their own financial supporter.
・A bank statement from your bank providing your current bank
account's balance
・One of the following: a Certificate of Employment, a Certificate of Business Permission, or a Certificate
of Company Registration

Depending on the nationality of individual, additional
documents may be required, so please contact us for further information. Every
necessary documents must be submitted with translations in either Japanese or
English. Please submit documents in Japanese if possible.
