The 37th graduation ceremony was held on Monday, March 11.
This year's graduating class consisted of 77 students in the Japanese Education Course A, 45 students in Japanese Education Course B, and 6 students in the University Preparatory Course, for a total of 128 students.
The graduates were from 18 countries, including Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong, in the order of the number of graduating students.
Following the principal's speech, Mr. Huang Kuan Chao, Director of the Education Department of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office and Ms. Vu Thi Lien Huong, Second Secretary in Charge of Education of Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Japan, gave congratulatory speeches on behalf of the guests.
Representatives of each class attended the ceremony dressed in kimonos and were presented with diplomas and the "Diligence and Effort Award" by the principal.
The "Diligence Award" was given to students with good attendance, and Mr. WU SHIH YUAN(Taiwan), who had attended all of the classes for one year and a half, received the certificate and the prize on behalf of other students.
The representative of the graduating class, Ms. HUANG SIANG YUN(Taiwan), Ms. LEE SUA(Korea), Mr. NGUYEN HUU QUYNH(Vietnam), Ms. LIM SHARMAINE SARITA(Philippines)gave their speeches based on their valuable experiences gained through studying in Japan.
We sincerely wish them all the best in their future endeavors and look forward to the day when they will visit our alma mater again.
