Absence request

Absence request
1. If you plan to be absent from class, please submit an “Absence request” to your homeroom teacher in
    advance.
    ※Even if you do not miss classes, please inform your homeroom teacher in advance if you plan to
       return to home country during summer or winter vacations.


2. If you are going to be absent suddenly due to illness or other unavoidable reasons, please contact us by
    E-mail or phone.

   ※Please be sure to include your class, your name(nickname), reason for absence and the
            duration of absence.
2.When contacting by phone
      ・Phone number:03-3371-6121(This number is only available during 8:45 to 17:45.)
    ※Please be sure to inform your class and your name(nickname) first, then let us know your
           reason of this call.
If you are absent for any of the following reasons,
please submit a certificate as well
■Train delay, etc.
 If the reason for your tardiness or absence is due to the train on your route to school that has been delayed
 for 30 minutes or more, or has been suspended, by submitting the corresponding “delay certificate” to your
 homeroom teacher by the next school day, you will not be counted as tardy or absent, but counted as present.

■Official Absences
When one of the following conditions are satisfied, it shall be deemed to be an official leave with a justifiable
reason.
(Please note sick leave, attending a wedding, or other train delays besides above mentioned will be seen as
being absent.)

 ※Infectious disease: Influenza, Avian Influenza, Tuberculosis, Pertussis, Measles, German Measles,
      Chickenpox, Mumps etc.

【 Attention 】
  If a student is absent without permission for a long period of time and the school is unable to contact the
  student, we will contact the financial supporter or Guarantor.
  If a student's monthly attendance rate is less than 50%, it will be reported to the Tokyo Regional Immigration
  Services Bureau
.
  There are many disadvantages if your attendance rate is poor, such as the request for visa renewal may be
  rejected
and you will have to leave Japan, and etc., so be sure to attend classes.
