For current students[First-Come, First-Served] Call for Participants: Kabuki Appreciation Class on Saturday, June 6
To All Students (This invitation is extended to students at both the university and Japanese language schools)
The Institute of Japanese Culture is recruiting participants for a “Kabuki Appreciation Workshop” as part of our program to experience Japanese culture.
During the workshop, participants will receive commentary interspersed with live demonstrations by performers, followed by a viewing of a classic Kabuki masterpiece. Why not take this opportunity to experience the world of Kabuki?
*Please note that commentary will not be provided in English.
Date and Time: Saturday, June 6, 2026, 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM (tentative)
Venue: Sun Pearl Arakawa (Nearest Station: Arakawa-kuyakusho-mae Station on the Tokyo Tram Arakawa Line)
Fee: Workshop participation fee: 日圓, 日圓 (pre-payment required) * Transportation costs to the venue are the responsibility of each participant
